Returns & Refund Policy
Phone Parts Returns and Refund Policy implies that all product returns must be in original packaging and condition with any warranty seals intact.
Our LCD Screens come with a warranty, UV pre-installation marks and a film on theĀ LCD and Digitizer (back & front), please note that these must not have been removed or tampered with in any way. Failure to meet this criterion will immediately void any warranty.
For peace of mind, prior to installation, please test all LCD Screens. At this point, if there is any defect with the LCD, we will replace your product. However, any damage occurred during the installation process is not covered under warranty. Contact us for further information on testing your LCD Screen.
If any items have been deemed damaged in transit, all package contents must be photographed and kept to show the courier company. This includes all wrapping and packaging material.
Return shipping is your responsibility and we do not refund return shipping.
Please note – if the product is not faulty, there will be a 15% re-stocking fee payable by you.
All returns must be lodged within 12 days of delivery.
Phone Parts refunds are given in form of replacement, store credit or gift cards only unless otherwise required by law.
